Leather Repair Artistry

The following two photos show a before and after sequence of damaged printed leather. Nail polish got on to the leather and the client removed the nail polish, taking the color of the leather with it leaving a visible bleached spot. In their effort to clean the nail polish, the client rubbed the leather aggressively with an abrasive tool. Notice the score marks above the bleached spot.

The afflicted area was meticulously hand colored with an artist brush. Getting the color right is the key.

Just another day at the leather restoration studio of Advanced Leather Solutions in Hayward, CA.
